The production line demands extremely high voltage levels (10.5KV) and power supply continuity, requiring direct high-voltage grid connection to minimize line losses. The site environment is dusty and hot, posing a significant test for the units’ cooling and reliability.

Solution: Provided 2 units of 1200kW Yuchai high-voltage diesel generator sets. Utilizing 10.5KV high-voltage output technology, they connect directly to the factory’s internal high-voltage distribution network, eliminating the need for step-up transformers and significantly reducing transmission losses. The units are equipped with heavy-duty air filters and enlarged radiators to adapt to harsh, high-dust, and tropical conditions. An advanced electronic speed control system ensures voltage fluctuation is less than 0.5%, meeting the starting requirements of the smelting arc furnaces.
